Is the $3 express exterior going after 1 demographic and the $5 express exterior going after another?

I can only speak to my experience, and in 3 cases we had taken over a badly beaten down location. So, we had to overcome a bad taste versus a possible advantage of people liking to try "New" things. I had a good idea of prior Volume at $5.00 plus pricing for th exterior and FS we took over. We alos ran a 99 cent special at a couple for a few months and gave out tousands of freebies.

We had pretty good estimates of prior volumes due to feedback from salesmen and in one case pulling numbers from the DRB. First year was tough since volume doubled from say example 30,000 cars to 60,000 cars. Not profitable. By the second year it was about 90,000 cars with steady growth until the horrific weather and economic issues of the last 3-4 years seeing some volumes drop below 90,000.

Our top package is $11.50 and we have pay vacs.
